Teamlead Software Testing (m/f/d)

For the System Test Team the Tealead of Testing is accountable for the successful execution of assigned test projects including test and resource planning, configuration, test execution and status / problem reporting. Furthermore the supervision, maintenance and future strategy setting for the test facilities is under the direct accountability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Trapeze DACH testing strategy. Supervising test strategy development, operational planning and execution controlling
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Test Team including: defining an effective organizational structure, employee development, goal definitions and new recruitments
  • Process owner for testing processes across Trapeze DACH
  • Leading initiatives focused on testing efficiency and quality
  • Reviewing and verifying schedules of tests and aligning test plan with overall plan
  • Managing escalations and risk evaluation of test works
  • Successful Management of all stakeholders including other departments and customers
  • Ensuring delivery of release notes

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering Science or other relevant discipline.
  • Several years of leadership experience in the field of Test Management
  • Several years of experience in the field of software testing or IT systems integration/deployment
  • Experience and good understanding of software development life cycle
  • Excellent managerial skills, interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships
  • Teamplayer who is people and goal oriented with excellent work organization
  • Ability to manage conflict within different stakeholders, build up trust and shows reliability
  • Good communication skills with energy and drive
  • Work proficient in English (written and spoken)
