Your mission

Your mission will be to contribute to the technical execution of cutting-edge R&D projects in Photovoltaics modules. The objectives are to ramp-up, operate and maintain equipment for fabrication and testing of high-performance photovoltaic modules, in collaboration with key industrial partners.

Your Responsibilities
  • Installation, ramp-up and maintenance of assembly and metrology equipment for pilot demonstration of a new Photovoltaic module technology in the frame of a large European project.
  • Fabrication of new generation of high-performance photovoltaic modules in the pilot line.
  • Characterization of manufactured modules and reliability assessment.
  • Management of stock and logistics for equipment pieces, consumables for module fabrication, finalized products.

Track record in Production equipment operation and maintenance is key. Experience in assembly and/or hydraulic - pneumatic is a plus.

Your profile

Know-how
  • CFC in electricity/electrotechnic or in similar field, operator of industrial equipment
  • Technical skills for maintenance and intervention on equipment, good knowledge in electricity
  • Computer skills for data collection and treatment, report generation
  • Fluency in French with a good level in English

Interpersonal Skills
  • Motivated, curious, meticulous and proactive
  • Flexible and agile for being able to handle changes in a dynamic environment of R&D for renewable energy
  • Objective-driven with track record of technical development and achievements
  • Team player with good communication skills to interact constructively with colleagues and partners, in an international and diversified team
