As a Social Impact Managerin the Global Public Affairs & ESG Engagement team, you will help drive the implementation of the social impact agenda of the company. In this role you will support the implementation of Nestlé’s Human Rights Framework and Roadmap. Furthermore, you will lead the development and implementation of a dedicated advocacy, engagement, and communications strategy on sustainable sourcing, as well as the deployment of Nestlé needs YOUth (NNY) across the company.

A Day in the Life of a Social Impact Manager
  • Implement a roadmap that supports the implementation of the company’s human rights strategy
  • Develop and implement a dedicated advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategy, including for each of our human rights priorities
  • Create and coordinate a working group with Zones and Markets
  • Lead the deployment of Nestlé Needs Youth (NNY) across the company in close collaboration with Zones, Markets and relevant Functions

What Will Make You Successful
  • Master’s degree in international relations, political science, social sciences or equivalent
  • Work experience on social impact, ideally in so-called least developed countries
  • Demonstrated track record of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including international organizations, governments, NGOs and donors / investors
  • Demonstrated business acumen by working for or with companies
  • Proven ability to successfully multi-task and thrive in response to competing priorities and demands
  • Strong interpersonal skills that balance persuasive communication and respect for others
  • High commitment to integrity, confidentiality and principle-based decision-making
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills. Fluency in English
