Key responsibilities:

  • Establish a Quality PM structure which takes a leading role in projects to standardize, simplify processes.

  • Increase efficiency and digitalization of QA processes in close collaboration with compliance group, global QMS and global IT. eBR, LIMS etc

  • Track Quality performance of Visp Site (Batch Success Rate, Trainings adherence, Deviations, Release times, …) and trigger necessary actions to achieve targets.

  • Overall responsible to monitors effectiveness of implementation of resgulatory compliance activities.

  • Share best practice within the Visp Site as well as with the wider Lonza Pharma network during tech transfer projects.

  • Track Quality performance (KPI management) and trigger necessary actions to achieve targets.

Key requirements:

  • BSc./MSc, or PhD in scientific field

  • Vast experience in GMP regulated environment

  • Strong leadership experience within matrix organization

  • English & German professional command

  • PM/PMI & minimum Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
