In order to support our business processes in the Global Quality department in charge of CAPEX projects investment, we are looking for a QA Manager Business Process & Supplier Quality (f/m/d).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating business processes related to the strategic growth investment quality oversight at the intersection with finance and other departments
  • Coordinating the global supplier qualification for CAPEX projects to ensure that suppliers are able to deliver consistent quality of materials, components, and services in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leading from quality perspective the monthly project review and reporting process
  • Continuously driving better business practice and increased value to the business through measurement and improvement of key performance indicators
  • Being the voice of QA in cross functional teams and representing the Quality function at relevant meetings
Key Requirements
  • Master Degree or PhD in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, as well as ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in leading and supporting highly cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with process equipment and GMP biomanufacturing environment and requirements is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate quality and compliance requirements to varying levels and functions of the organization
