In order to support QA related activities related to our CAPEX projects investment portfolio, our Global Quality department is looking for a QA Manager Operational Excellence (f/m/d).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the execution of the Operational Excellence strategy related CAPEX growth projects
  • Working with the business to identify and report OPEX project milestones as well as working with project sponsors to remove major barriers to progress and ensure projects are delivered according to plan
  • Developing business cases for improvement projects to secure the necessary support and resources for success as well as supporting departmental improvement efforts in a variety of project team member roles to accelerate delivery of improvements
  • Coaching teams to establish performance measurements and process control plans to monitor project results and drive sustainability as well as communicating project progress and promoting project achievements to maintain awareness of improvement activity on site and the network
  • Acting as a knowledge resource and coaching others in the philosophy, methods, tools and techniques of process improvement to increase the capability of the business to solve problems
  • Planning, leading, driving and executing improvement projects to deliver successful results
Key Requirements
  • Master degree or PhD in a Science / Engineering related field such as Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Process Engineering or equivalent
  • Lean Practitioner and certified Green Belt
  • Strong Project Management skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented work approach
  • Experience in the interaction with all kinds of internal and external interfaces
  • Experience in leading and supporting highly cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent language skills in English and German
