For an international company in the global agribusiness market in Muttenz / Schweizerhalle we are looking for a

QA Specialist - temporary assignment min 3 months (100%)

Accountabilities

  • Apply legal and interne standards within his role
  • Review the conformity of the document relative to Raw material and ensure their traceability
  • Release or block the Raw Material which are non-conform based on the review of data available
  • Ensure an efficient management of non-conform products as well as return products
  • Manage non-conform Lots in collaboration with the chemists and QA
  • Release the blocked Lots in accordance with the Usage Decision
  • Ensure management and archiving of quality data of products manufactured
  • Record the quality data in SAP System and fulfill the role of user expert within the Quality Module
  • SAP "key user" for Quality Modules QM (Quality)
  • Prepare and keep up to date the data needed for statistic Quality required for Quality Reports and review
  • Ensure administrative tasks
  • Write and review internal procedures
  • Maintain and manage the Documentation Management System.


Your skills & experiences

  • Degree or Master in organic/ analytical chemistry or engineering
  • Project Management : Efficient project management using appropriate tools for planning, communicating, reporting
  • Technical : Excellent knowledge of the processes carried out on the site; Secure and efficient handling of the IT systems needed for data management
  • Basic knowledge of safety, health and environmental norms
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills in a clear and precise manner, presentation skills, efficient communication in English with other sites
  • Administrative experience
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft office)
  • Work under pressure
  • Good language skills –German and English are essential
  • Good knowledge of SAP , Reliance Tool, LIMS
  • Good knowledge of main procedures and products at Syngenta CP
  • Basic knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
