Our client is a global manufacturer which facilitates myriads of cutting-edge pharmaceutical, biotech, and nutrition processes. They are leveraging scientific innovation to develop customized solutions at all stages: from drug discovery and manufacturing up to clinical trial stages for a wide range of products.

For a team in Environmental Monitoring, department of QA Systems they are looking for an energetic and inspiring leader. The goal of the team is to make sure of the GMP-compliant production of APIs manufactured on the site including the continuous improvement and the adjustments of the new systems. The monitoring is the core activity to make the production safe and would include collaboration with other departments like Manufacturing and QC.

PURPOSE

_Developing and coaching a team of 5 in the Environmental monitoring

_Distribution, prioritizing and coordination of the work within the team

_Overseeing the GMP compliance and creating the relevant documentation

_Assessment of deviations and CAPAs, and the risk analysis in environmental monitoring, participation in audits

_Training of the team members, integration of the lean management

Requirements

Ask yourself …

_You have a degree in life science?

_Already gained experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the regulated environment in pharmaceutical/cosmetics/similar field, ideally in the area of environmental monitoring?

_Leadership is what drives you; you enjoy sharing your expertise with more junior colleagues and contributing to their development?

_Do you have something to bring in to steer innovation even further?

If that’s also about you …

_Fluency in German and English

_Eligible to work in Switzerland
