About the role

The Automation and Digitalization Specialist will act as a partner for Quality Control & Microbiology.

You will be a part of the laboratory digitalization journey of Takeda Neuchâtel and establish a project roadmap by working in close partnership with the Quality Control & Microbiology.

How You Will Contribute

What will be expected from you?
  • Play a leading role in the development and deployment of the automatization/digital strategy of Neuchatel ‘s Quality Control & Microbiology labs.
  • Identify digital and robotics opportunities within and outside the Takeda Network, anticipating anticipate problems and opportunities in the digital and robotics space, to ensure laboratories (i.e. mobile robots, mobile manipulators, automized storages management, …).
  • Specification, Test Protocols (FAT and SAT), Test Summary Reports following global standards and practices
  • Provide technical assessments on change controls, deviations, and investigations
  • Collaboration with stakeholders (intra / inter QC).
  • Ensure that activities are performed on time for automatization/digital
  • Act in compliance with cGMPs and Data Integrity requirements through applicable guidelines and procedures
  • Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other sites and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Provide digital expertise and guidance in collaborations with internal and external parties.
  • Prototyping skills, from CAD design to advanced 3D printing.
  • Coordinate various changes / transformations, best practice and continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with relevant interfaces (e.g. IT) within Takeda
  • Robotic Systems Integration (Hardware & Software)
  • Software interface implementation and validation
  • Develop content for Validation documents like Validation Plan, User Requirements, Design
