Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst and Tester who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. You will be defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements as well as perform quality assurance tasks like test scenario creation and execution.

We will enable you to own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
You will be involved in the entire product journey, from design, document, maintain system processes, communicate key insights and findings to product team, and constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

We are looking for the following knowledge and experience:

• 5+ years of experience as Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements, ability to communicate ideas simply and unambiguously
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools, ability to break down complex problems into simple terms, document findings in a manner that is understandable to someone who is not a Subject Matter Expert
• Experience with Behaviour Driven Development and strong knowledge of test automation frameworks.
• A degree in IT / Computer Science and Experience in the financial services industry is preferable. Experience with any of the tech stack Java 11, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle DB, Mongo DB and OpenShift is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, ability to work in an international and distributed located environment
