Hexagon is Global leader company in Sensor, Software, and autonomous solution in various domains such as geosystem, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, or safety. In the metrology business unit of the Manufacturing of Intelligence division, Hexagon is developing unique metrology solutions like laser trackers, arms, Coordinate measuring machines or sensors (CMM). Our clear aim is to improve productivity, product quality and to make the factories smarter, connected, and digital by innovative solutions development and fulfilling challenging customers issues.

Our dynamic Management team is currently looking for aQuality Managerwilling to actively contribute to our growth and success. He or She will be based in TESA Renens and will manage and develop activities relating to the quality of metrology products. He or She will report directly to the General Manager of TESA GROUP

Activities

  • Be the champion of our products to support quality to customers
  • Be the reference inside our company to assess quality of our finish products
  • Challenge every day what we do. Improve and target best quality standard
  • Manage the full ISO, SCS and other business norms with your team
  • Work with R&D, Sales, Production and Business line for new products development and Industrialization
  • Report costs, results and status of improvement quality of TESA to the General Manager and TESA Organization
  • Participate to the World-Wide Hexagon Quality Group and represent the excellence of our products.
  • Manage and develop your team members
  • Be a strong part of the local management team

Profile:

  • Bachelor (HES) in Mechanic / Microtechnic / Electronic
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of the metrology domain
  • Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to identify and support all type of improvement plan
  • Resistant to stress
  • Operation Excellence orientation
  • Excellent usual IT tools skills
  • Advanced knowledge of French and English, German a plus
