Your next role ?

In relation to the overall objective of the function to assure products comply with all applicable quality, product safety and customer requirements, you will work supporting the execution of Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) strategy. You will support shop floor and improvement programs to drive quality per-formance, mindset and customer satisfaction at the site level.

In this exciting role you will :

  • Promote quality principles and culture by working collaboratively with operations and logistics team ;
  • Maintain and demonstrate a level of awareness of the existence of quality related policies, standards, procedures and requirements. Able to refer stakeholders to the existence of such in daily work life e.g. whilst reviewing business processes, participating in improvement projects and / or meetings etc... ;
  • Provide mentoring to all staff and engage the production floor to guide operations employees and lead site quality training ;
  • Manage, facilitate, audit and improve the site GMP compliancy level by leading GMP projects and risk analysis studies ;
  • Supports local shop floor quality system and improvement projects ;
  • Supports customer complaints and Quality non-conformance management. Manage non-conformance, including in-vestigation and causes analysis, trend analysis, actions follow-up and effectiveness check ;
  • “Author” of local site QMS documentation ;
  • Lead & Perform Audits: Use your technical expertise to guide internal audits and weekly GMP inspections. Participate in audits of external raw material vendor / service providers as an Auditor.

Your Profile :

  • Vocational Diploma in an appropriate technical field, University degree preferred ;
  • Overall work experience of 2+ years in a similar position, 1 to 2 years of coaching experience preferred ;
  • Can demonstrate an ability to influence change, form effective relationships and drive continuous improvement ;
  • Experience with using computer based Management Systems and applications such as Microsoft Office ;
  • Good understanding of the principles of Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001 and continuous improvement ;
  • Good knowledge of business processes in Operations e.g. production methods, quality control systems, requirements for manufacturing and distribution facilities.
