Key Responsibilities

Non conformances management expert:
Lead Customer (product / service) and / Internal site Non conformances and follow up on any related actions/projects in coordination with appropriate site partners.

Tasks include customer communication, investigation and CAPA definition, validation, and verification.

Continuous improvement enhancer:
Analyze Quality data and be a solution partner to improve Quality and reinforce end-to-end Quality/ Product protection - Culture and Performance.

Lead Projects linked with Quality / Product Protection and support Operations Projects

Develop and deliver Quality/Product protection trainings with the support of our Operations training department.

Quality Management System expert:
Maintain the Local Quality System supporting end to end robustness of our processes and successful ISO 9001 / 22000 / 22716, HACCP, RSPO and Organic certifications.

Be part of the site Audit program: Internal, Clients and Suppliers audits.

Best Practices sharing champion:
Participate actively in our Regional Quality Network, sharing best practices, as well as cascading and implementing those of other sites

We value

MA in Chemistry/ Quality or Food industry Engineering

Customer focused oriented and able to build relationship

Growth Mindset, Critical Thinking, data driven

Strong influential and communication skills in French and English

Proactive and self-driven talent with excellent problem-solving skills

Experience in Quality Assurance, Food/ Product Protection

Good knowledge in Microbiology and Controlled Substances (pesticides, heavy metals) is an asset

Great project management skills and technical knowledge (6Sigma Green Belt certification an asset)

Certification in ISO norm or Audit a plus
