You are part of our operations team and ensure with your work the compliance and excellent quality of our products. If changes are made to our products, you will take on process responsibility and act as a hub in all directions.   • Develop and maintain quality plans and inspection process in incoming inspection and manufacturing
  • Support measurement system analysis in quality control and production
  • Initiation and handling of nonconformance reports, investigations, complaints, CAPA`s and changes in responsibility of quality operation
  • Provide practical guidance to individuals or teams within Medela regarding process validation, NC Management, CAPA and Change process
  • Work closely with departments involved in product and process development including Research and Development, Design Assurance, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs, and sustain productive relationships at all levels within these departments
  • Perform functional and process risk assessments in conjunction with Design Assurance, Production Engineering, R&D and subject matter experts
  • Support internal and external quality system audits
Skills And Abilities Help You To Accomplish Your Tasks
  • Technical education (Bachelor, Master) e.g. in Engineering, Materials science or similar
  • Several years of experience in a similar position in Medical Devices or a any other regulated industry
  • Understanding of relevant ISO (ISO 13485) and MDD, MDR regulations
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge in German
  • Integrative person who can lead interdisciplinary teams in Projects and enjoys a variety of activities
