Quality Management Specialist

Your tasks
  • Improvement of our management system according to international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, MID)
  • Analysis and visualisation of business processes in close cooperation with regions and divisions
  • Supervision of process and quality improvement projects, e.g. to integrate new locations or activities
  • General support of quality management activities such as risk assessments, audits, CAPA, management reviews

Your profile
  • Completed training at the level of engineer FH, technician TS or equivalent
  • Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience and expertise in quality management
  • Knowledge of and experience in using process modelling languages (e.g. BPMN)
  • Strong English skills; German is a big plus.
  • Willingness to travel (+/- 15%)
  • Convincing, motivating and communicative personality with good assertiveness and a strategic, analytical way of thinking
