We are looking for support in the area of Business Excellence for Endress+Hauser International AG.Role + Responsibilities

You maintain our ISO 9001 and 14001 certified management system
You are responsible for the planning, coordination with all stakeholder and documentation of our internal and external audits
You ensure the continuous improvement of the existing quality standards
You work independently and closely with the Corporate Social Responsibility team and coordinate, report and communicate this topic within our entity
You are part of the global Data Protection working group and responsible for the definition and implementation of various activities within our entity
You will support internal company projects
In the first year you will also support activities in the area of continuous process improvement as a maternity replacement

Qualification + Profile

You hold a Bachelors degree in quality management, business administration or equivalent
You have gained knowledge and experience in quality management of an international company and already made first work experience in a comparable position
You have business fluent language skills in German and English
You have additional training in the field of quality management
You have a strong customer and process orientation
You have a winning, proactive personality with a great willingness to change, a result-oriented mindset and a precise way of working
You are self-driven and can work under general instructions
You have a high IT affinity and are proficient in MS Office
