Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate strategic & operational PM activities related to the local implementation of the quality strategy

  • Create a culture which fosters innovation and continuous improvement within QA and QC.

  • Establish a Quality PM structure which takes a leading role in projects to standardize, simplify processes.

Key requirements:

  • BSc./MSc, or PhD in scientific field

  • Vast experience in GMP regulated environment

  • Strong leadership experience within matrix organization

  • English & German professional command

  • PM/PMI & minimum Six Sigma Green Belt
