Power Tools Accessories is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.

Job Description

• You develop and maintain the Quality Management System of the Power Tools Accessories Business Unit:
  
  • Develop and implement new and existing quality methods and processes
  • Conduct trainings, coach and support engineers on quality methods and processes (e.g. Quality Gates, testing strategy, 8D, complaint handling etc.)
  • Lead quality improvement projects. Analyze trends, identify areas of improvement, develop solutions
• You are responsible for the coordination of internal audits:
  
  • Plan, lead and conduct system audits in the Power Tools Accessories plants to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Report audit results, quality system performance to the top management
  • Ensure completion on time of corrective actions derived from non-conformities
    
    

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or similar academic background
• 3+ years of experience in a quality environment
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong time management and ownership of deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in German and English
• Experience in auditing according to ISO9001 standard
• Ideally knowledge in environmental regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, SVHC etc.)
• Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP
• Business travel –both domestic and international –required (5-10%)
