Synthes DELIVER DC Selzach is recruiting for a Q&C Supervisor in Selzach. Each one of us being owner of individually assigned processes, we act as a team to keep the compliance level high and continue the successful track record of our site in audits and inspections of the past years.

Further Responsibilities And Duties Are

• Embrace assigned processes in Q&C. Shape them to meet business and compliance requirements, identify improvement actions and continuously develop the process towards excellence.
• Contribute to develop a team spirit that is dynamic and energized by developing creative solutions.
• Implements the continuous improvement of quality processes to facilitate business and quality objectives and compliance review processes.
• Act as local representative for the Selzach DC within local and international projects.
• Serve to internal and external partners as compliance partners.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or Natural Sciences. Master or and postgraduate studies is a plus. Proven experience in quality, supply chain, distribution and/or manufacturing. Healthcare knowledge is an add on.
• Deep understanding of quality related processes.
• Willingness to develop and be developed. Ability to establish a culture passionate about continuous improvement while building sustainable processes.
• A results and performance driven attitude with proven sense of accountability is preferred.
• Ability to drive projects and timelines across a diverse group of team members individually.
• High level of integrity, energy, inner motivation and flexibility.
• Bilingual: Proficient in English and German.
