Our products are produced and distributed in all major European countries and exported overseas.For our Self Care business unit (Consumer medicinal products), we are recruiting a Rapid Response Coordinator Fixed Term Contract (1 year). The Rapid Response Coordinator will lead projects passionate about rapid and compliant remediation of issues that have a risk of causing significant impact to customer service. The RRT coordinator drives key remediation activities across the organization, including risk identification, risk management, problem solving, rapid deployment of resources. This team member will report directly to the Sr. Manager Supply Reliability Control Tower.Main Responsibilities
  • Procurement, Research & Development, Operations, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Finance, Logistics and internal / external manufacturing sites
  • Assess risks and develop contingency plans
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager Supply Reliability Control Tower to ensure communication occurs in a timely manner, delays are escalated, resource gaps are identified, risks are mitigated and stakeholders are aligned across multiple levels
  • Quickly understand the supply chain and associated technologies of assigned remediation projects to ensure sound and compliant decision making and rapid remediation of issues to avoid customer service (UFR) impacts
  • Utilize Project Management dashboards, project metrics and lessons learned to improve customer service
Who We Are Looking For
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain related subject is anticipated, however candidates with solid Supply Chain experience will be considered
  • Project Management experience is preferred
  • 3-5 Years of industry experience, preferably in healthcare or fast moving consumer goods
  • A self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence, partner and communicate across functional levels up to and including the Board level is required
  • Sound judgment to assess risk, coordinate and prioritize issues for severity, imminence and potential impact required
  • Ability to influence without authority, strong understanding of business priorities, competent in organizational and marketplace dynamics, processes and tools within E2E Supply Chain while maintaining excellent customer focus are required
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Self-starter with high integrity and ethical behavior consistent with Our Credo
  • Strong communication skills, particularly summarizing complex detail into executive summaries for leadership
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written English
This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months, with the option for an extension.
