To fulfil our client need, we are looking for a R&D Leader (M/F) for a Permanent contract.

MISSION

The R&D Leader will be in charge to manage and accompany R&D Center creation and development in Italy.

Your Responsibilities Will Consist In
  • Accompany this R&D center development;
  • Recruit & train your own team;
  • Report your activities to our client based In Asia
Profil

Profile Specification

With an Engineering background in electronics, microelectronics, semiconductor or related:
  • You Justify a solid professional experience of 10 years in ATE research program and development, or a similar environment;
  • You have a strong knowledge in Power chip & high-power test systems (IGBT);
  • You are familiar with C, C++, VB & perl programming languages,
  • You know Xilinx/Altera chip architecture and have experience in high-speed signal circuit design (PCI/PCIe/DDR2/DDR3)
  • You are able to use DSP/FPGA for product development and debugging.
  • You are capable to lead a R&D team in an open-minded, practical and cooperative way.
  • Due to the international context, a business English is compulsory to fulfil this job.
  • Having management & financial knowledge (P&L) is a plus.
Contract Specifications

Position effective starting from November 2022. The location will depend on best candidate location, and according to our client’s strategy.
