Location: Nestle Product Technology Center, Orbe, SwitzerlandDuration: 12 months missionStart date: 01.01.2023Activity rate: 80% to 100%Main Roles And Responsibilities
  • Run ideation sessions and workshops independently to generate new concept ideas together with internal and external stakeholders including strategic marketing and technical teams
  • Support the creation of the global innovation roadmap for beverage packaging with creative and effective packaging concepts
  • Lead the development of those concepts into product solutions feasible from a business perspective, by effectively interacting with internal business functions as well as external parties.
  • Ensure projects/activities are managed within agreed deliverables, timelines and costs
  • Contribute to the packaging design benchmark by providing analyses & trends
  • Manage exploratory projects autonomously leveraging consumer knowledge and insights
  • Instill design thinking and passion for innovation in the team
  • 1-3 years of R&D/ Front-End Innovation experience
  • Master degree in Packaging, Industrial Design or Food Innovation
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate for packaging design, innovation and fast-moving consumer goods
  • A collaborative team player, comfortable in dealing with various external and internal stakeholders
  • Creative thinker, independent and driven with sustainability awareness
