Job Description

Your Challenge

You will have the important and challenging task of identifying and proposing the perfect location for our Excellence Centers across Europe

Equipped with a solid know how of the real estate market and retail locations data you will bring to GM’s attention the best potential locations and negotiate taking them over

What you will do?
  • Pre-select the locations to be considered for our Experience Centers based on a deep understanding of the real-estate local markets, and retail data insights
  • Identify and build relationships with the right local partners (i.e., real estate agencies)
  • Prepare necessary documentation for taking over the property, including head of terms, LOIs, lease agreements etc. in collaboration with legal
  • Work closely with the architects to provide input on the concept design
  • Present the concept to various stakeholders such as GM Management, various teams, landlords etc.

Coordinate the various stakeholders (architect, real estate agent etc.), and manage the operational aspects of their delivery, reporting and payment.

Additional Job Description
  • Experienced professional in the real estate market with a focus on retail business units including understanding of city retail areas, demographics, real estate trends etc.
  • You have proven track record of building sustainable partnerships in particular with Real Estate Agencies
  • You have extensive experience in identifying locations for retail units
  • Experienced with managing various vendors, agents, and consultants from delivery to payment
  • You have excellent communications and presentation skills, written and verbal, with proven track record of presenting to senior selected audiences
