Foxstone provides various forms of junior debt and mezzanine debt financing for real estate development projects at every stage and re-financing of existing assets.

Our fast-growing company employs 25 persons in offices located in Zürich and

Geneva.

We are looking for a real estate analyst to analyze and proceed with the underwriting

of investment opportunities.

This position is to be filled in our Zürich office, the person will also have the flexibility

to work from both our Zürich and Geneva offices.

Vos missions
  • Responsible for screening and analyzing opportunities according to the company’s guideline to determine the attractiveness and feasibility of potential real estate financing projects
  • Producing, analyzing and structuring financial data of the deal, balance sheet, cash-flow projections
  • Risk analysis from a financial and real estate perspective
  • Preparing internal documentation and reporting for the investment committee
  • Contributing to the financial negotiation with clients and sponsors
  • Suggesting commercial terms and creative financial structures
  • Understanding and analysing market studies
Vos compétences
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
  • Masters degree in finance, real estate or accounting is a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in underwriting real estate, mezzanine or equity structure
  • Strong skills in analysis and modeling on Excel
  • Native German speaker, good level of English and French
  • Detailed oriented, rigorous and meticulous personality
  • Ambitious by nature, you wish to evolve in a fast-growing and innovative
