Real Estate Investment Associate

Primary responsibilities

• Identification and preparation of investment opportunities in the field of real estate
• Preparation of market and location analyses
• Preparation of acquisition projects in cooperation with the Real Estate Team
• Preparation of relevant property valuations, due diligence, analyses and calculations
• Coordination and implementation of the entire transaction process
• Conducting negotiations and drafting contracts
• Continuous maintenance and expansion of the existing contact network
• Maintenance and administration of the internal information systems CRM, SharePoint and Immopac
• Project coordination and development

Profile

• Successful studies in Economics, Law and/or Real Estate
• At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the field of real estate transactions in Switzerland
• Established sourcing network in the real estate industry
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Committed and independent way of working as well as high social competence
• Team player with a compelling ability to work independently
• Adaptability and flexibility together with a strong sense for priorities and stress resistance
• Very good language skills in German, French and English
