Your field of responsibility
As program manager supporting vendor management and risk governance in Language & Translation services (L&TS) you are acting as an interface between L&TS and the bank’s legal, sourcing and compliance and vendor experts. You understand our processes inside out and make sure they are aligned to Credit Suisse policies. You coordinate all activities around the L&TS contractual landscape and data management topics on a global basis.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for

  • University degree, preferably with a legal / risk management background
  • Project management experience and organizational skills
  • Languages: Excellent command of English and German
  • Positive attitude to team work, proactive structured approach, ability to handle multiple challenges simultaneously
  • Experience of interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Knowledge of translation processes an advantage
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
