Your field of responsibility
In this exciting role you will service clients based in Latin America supporting senior bankers covering the region. The mandate is to bring the level of service and client experience to another level. You will achieve this by adopting all available and new innovations and technology to the benefit of the clients and colleagues. In essence, you will be an agent of change and transformation empowered to implement the “New Way of Working” while also applying your experience in supporting banker son the administrative side.

Your skills and experience

A combination of senior front support skills with an open mind to adopt new tools and systems

  • At least several years of front office experience with direct client contact, ideally as a Senior ARM or Client Manager
  • Affinity to tools and systems and hungry to make things better and more efficient
  • Pays attention to details and is highly diligent, systematic and well organized to manage high workloads within tight timelines
  • High level of flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm; you have the willingness to act as a collaborative senior role model for ARMs, encouraging with your motivation and outstanding service- and client orientation
  • Able to influence senior bankers to embrace changes in how to do things more efficiently
  • Proficiency in English is required, and either Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
