  • be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse profiles in our Chief Operating Office business area in Wealth Management
  • rapidly grasp the needs of hiring managers whilst building trust with them and their HR business partners
  • ensure a speedy, seamless experience for both the candidates and hiring managers
  • collaborate closely with colleagues across the HR organization
Your teamOur in-house recruiting team is responsible for identifying, selecting and onboarding talented individuals who meet our business needs. Within a dynamic and multicultural environment, we offer you the possibility to put forward your ideas to further enhance our recruiting function and service to internal clients and candidates. We execute on business specific priorities by building pipelines, improving hire quality while reducing the cost to the firm through reduced third-party agency usage.Diversity helps us grow, together.   • previous recruitment and research experience gained in either an agency or large corporation
  • a flair for multi-tasking, even when the going gets tough
  • effective stakeholder management skills – you’re comfortable being challenged
  • excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • passionate about providing a top-notch service
  • willing to work hard to leave a positive impression on everyone you meet
  • fluency in German preferred
