In this position, you join an energetic and innovative HR team who is in the process of growing and digitalizing the department in order to support our business growth. Your Key Tasks

  • Management of recruitment process end-to-end for all skills (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, IT)
  • Application management in SAP Success Factors
  • Communication with candidates, screening, scheduling interviews as well as coordination with agencies
  • Prepare and manage the postings of our advertisements
  • Conduction and organization of interviews
  • Maintain all recruiting documents: job descriptions, process docs, and candidate materials

Your Profile

  • 4-5 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition in an international, fast paced environment
  • Proficient English skills, any additional language would be a plus
  • Good knowledge in MS office programs and applicant tracking systems, ideally experienced with SAP Successfactors
  • You are well organized, proactive and an efficient personality as well as trustworthy, reliable and flexible
  • You are a good team player and passionate relationship builder
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
