Tasks

You will be responsible for driving the recruiting processes, for formulating job ads, preselecting candidates, conducting qualified interviews and for negotiating contracts. You will be recruiting for various departments (Technic, Operations, Finance, Commercial, etc.) and functions (CLA, Cadre).

As sparring partner, steering the end-to-end recruiting process and supporting the Hiring Managers from the kick-off to contract completion
Be a candidate advocate and Hiring Manager advisor throughout the full recruitment life cycle
Providing outstanding guidance to Hiring Managers at all stages of the recruitment process and help to shape their needs, matching them to those of SWISS and the external (and internal) candidates
Maintaining continual dialogue with candidates including giving feedback after interviews
Supporting the Hiring Managers in their decision-making processes and negotiating contracts
Developing conceptual recruiting topics (diagnostics, talent scouting etc.)
Participating in projects in the Employee Experience department (e.g. HR processes and digitalization)

Requirements
University degree or comparable further education in the field of HR, Psychology or Business Administration
3-5 years of experience in running end-to-end full-cycle recruitment processes independently for various positions
Exceptional interpersonal skills and winning personality
Ambassador for SWISS and dedication to customer service
Ability to understand the business and the role profiles
Can do attitude that can adapt and flex to the needs of the business and recruiting function
Organized and efficient workstyle with a focus to create a seamless candidate experience
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in German and English
Willingness to also recruit in Basel
