Recruitment Consultant - Zürich - CHF 80 per hour contractDarwin Recruitment has a new vacancy at one of our clients located in Zurich, Switzerland where we are looking to hire a temporary external consultant to start as soon as possible.General Conditions
  • Start date: April/May 2023
  • Duration: 6 months with extensions
  • Hourly Rate: Approx CHF 80 PH
  • Location: Zurich
Responsibilities
  • Conducting interviews
  • Advice to the line regarding recruitment
  • Independent recruitment in various departments, from creating the advertisement to discussing the offer
  • Expanding my clients active sourcing via LinkedIn to other promising channels for targeting candidates
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English and GermanAt least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor
  • Creative spirit who likes to exchange ideas with others and prefers a dynamic environment
  • Experience with Workday (recruitment is handled through this tool)
