We are looking for a high-energy talent acquisition specialist to join our headquarters team in Baar. This role will work with the current HR and talent acquisition team on a number of strategic vacancies which we are seeking to fill. This role is initially temporary for a six-month period with the potential to become a permanent role.

The main tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle for corporate roles
  • Own candidate pipeline and ensure candidates are progressing through recruitment stages in a timely manner
  • Support hiring managers and the interviewing panel on interviewing best practices as well as assessing candidate’s skills, engaging with candidates and writing feedback
  • Make sure the recruitment process is applied and streamlined in order to gain efficiency
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvement in the process and raise any issues to the rest of the hiring function and hiring managers
  • Support with the optimization of talent acquisition processes as part of the talent acquisition team

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a multinational environment
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Driven and flexible working style
  • Can do and positive attitude with a strong ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment
  • Great communicator with a collaborative mindset

  • efficient and has well organized and structured working skills
  • able to work in a dynamic, as well as entrepreneurial and performance driven environment
  • confident to work with managers of various levels of seniority both internal to Glencore and externally
