A small, fast-growing, highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, education and consulting company is looking for the right person to employ as a 10-40% Recruiting & Placement Specialist for a 1-month trial period.

1. Position Description

1.1 Your responsibilities:

  • To join a dynamic team who provide recruiting and placement support services for expert positions in Switzerland.

1.2 Place of Work:

  • The Company’s offices in Gland, Switzerland, and/or remotely from your home office.

  • 2.2 Languages:
  • English (fluent written and spoken knowledge) - compulsory
  • French (fluent written and spoken knowledge) - compulsory
  • German, Swiss-German or Italian (with written or spoken knowledge) – ideally

2.3 Operational Knowledge of Office Computer Systems:

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office –compulsory

3. Career Development Plan

  • A career development plan will be established for the selected job candidate.

4. Proposed Start Date

  • As soon as possible.

5. Contractual Duration

  • After a 1-month probation period, there will be a performance review with the option of a long-term Agreement being established for the right person.

6. Activity Level

  • Initially this is a temporary position - with a 10 to 40% occupancy rate (= 4-16 hours per week), so as to get to know you well.

7. Particular Work Conditions

  • Some activities are to be performed on an independent, individual basis, whereas other activities are to be done in project teams.

8. Qualifications

  • The candidate needs to be qualified to work as a Swiss recruiting and placement specialist.

9. Experience

  • Several years of professional work experience in recruiting and placement in Switzerland are required.

10. Values

  • Only candidates with a sound set of values will be considered for this position.

11. Level of Education

  • Formal Swiss education as a Swiss recruiting and placement specialist.
