Regional B2B Project Manager

Purpose

The Regional B2B Project Manager reports to the Richemont Europe Business data & Analytics manager.
The position is based in Meyrin (Geneva), within our ‘Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie’.

In collaboration with the Group distribution performance HQ team, you will actively participate to the development of the strategic Richemont B2B2C tool. You will be part of a team leading a strategic initiative and strongly support the Group and our Maisons to transform their business operating model towards New Retail.

You will be successful in the role by

• Participating to the B2B2C project coordination and implementation, with all the stakeholders involved (Sales, Business, Maisons, IT, Digital, SAP, Logistic, Supply Chain…)
• Supporting the “Change Management” stream of the project (communication, training, support, adoption)
• Being a regional expert and single point of contact between different departments on Booster
• Leading and coordinating the full roll-out of projects (cross-teams planning, milestones, outcomes, etc.) within our European Region
• Monitoring, reviewing & coordinating daily operation
• Training and supporting key users for our B2B tool (new users and releases) & related group tools including animation of the regional key user community
• Training of dealers on B2B tool (on demand by maisons/brand managers)
• Participating in global data analytics and reporting projects (KPISquad)

Your invaluable skills we are looking for

• You hold a Master’s degree or significant Diploma in Business Management/Engineering or equivalent
• You have between 4- and 6-years’ experience in consulting, and/or strategic project management in complex and multicultural organizations
• You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages such as French is a plus)
• You have strong project management and organizational skills
• You have an affinity for IT and good understanding of business management (B2B)
• You have a capacity to contribute to business decision making process with strong influence skills and empathy
