We are currently looking for aRegional Lead, Procurement Operations (m/f/d)In this position you are part of the Procure to Purchase (PTP) team and you are responsible for operational vendor management and resolving critical regional supply issues.You will ensure the effective and efficient running of SAP, Metrics, including activities such as price file maintenance, catalogue updates, vendor database management and Regional based metrics. Also you will be responsible for reducing cycle times in the purchase process by embracing the use of technology and driving the creation of catalogues to agreed compliance targets. Additionally, you will ensure compliance to the CSL approved policy, vendors and ethical standards whilst ensuring compliance to procurement SOPs. You will be responsible for the leadership of key/critical site projects as assigned and for being the direct line of site support.Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Regularly review regional vendor performance, including relevant Key Performance Indicators, to ensure agreed service levels and resolve recurring procurement issues. Resolve all critical procurement or supply issues escalated to a regional level to ensure supply continuity and quality compliance. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency, speed, quality and user experience of the PTP process, including optimizing the Ariba system and processes. Manage and implement projects to support PTP strategy execution, including digital, process improvement and other initiatives.Manage relationships with regional stakeholder, including at a site and functional level, including proactively seeking feedback, monitoring service satisfaction and sharing performance reporting and project updates.

Monitor and manage Indirect Materials Catalogue to ensure accurate and timely updates including for Regional and local vendors. Provide support to the broader Procurement organization to ensure vendors, products, services and related data is established and maintained in the system to enable fast and efficient procurement and payment activities. Lead the development of the regional relationship to ensure an uninterrupted service provision to operational performance as impacted by our supply base & SAP systemManage the Tail Spend and ensure that a Procurement lens is applied to all spend through the Procurement Front Door tool implementation and training.Reject non-compliant requests and work with the regional stakeholders to remedy issuesManage & co-ordinate price list updates to ensure accuracy and ensure that supplier additions, changes and deletions are done in consultation with the wider Procurement and Business teams. This will create a Regional Procurement Dashboard to drive improvements and provide business insight to make informed decisionsSeek ways to improve the operational procurement process and increase the use of technology to increase efficiency of the procurement team and service to the business stakeholders. Contribute to the development of global procurement initiatives and work with the Procurement team to implement strategies at a regional level.Who you are: In this role you will have to bring solid Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Relationship Management knowledge. In this position you also will be able to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels and cross functionally within the organization. Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements:University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in strategic sourcing or relevant experience Experience in Procurement Operations, specifically Buying activitiesUnderstanding of the pharmaceutical industry or related industry preferred but not essential Basic strategic orientation, inquisitive, comfortable with ambiguity, and self-motivated to identify trends and improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic plans. Able to work independently to achieve targets and ensure complianceAble to prioritize activities daily to support manufacturing operationsStrong executive presence demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills with ability to build effective relationships and influence peers and key stakeholders. Demonstrated strength and ability to organize and lead global teams.

Strong project management skills with ability to plan tasks, assign resources, manage progress, remove barriers, manage change, resolve conflict, build consensus, and motivate team members across multiple projects concurrently.
