MAIN OBJECTIVE


The Regional Operations intern is a key contributor within our Cartier Europe Operations department. This role will be responsible for efficiently ensuring the administration of staff orders and deliveries to offer the highest service. It will also support the team in order to optimize and monitor the stock management.

This person must possess an understanding of order system management and have proven experience in collaborating successfully with cross-functional teams to achieve deliverables in a client-centric luxury environment.


The position is based in Meyrin, Geneva within our "Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie".


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage Operations for Switzerland staff sales

  • Be the point of contact for any requests about staff sales orders

  • Manage orders on all products segments from end-to-end: allocation, shipment, invoicing and after-sales

  • Build and improve reporting for monitoring this activity

  • Work with marketing on e-catalogue assortment and staff-website animation


Support Operations and Stock strategy

  • Allocate stock according to Merchandising recommendations or business needs.

  • Collaborate with Products Allocations Coordinators to improve processes


Monitor Europe distribution activity

  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks to optimize distribution

  • Perform necessary stock adjustments related to Maison guidelines

  • Support team on specific topics & projects


YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel

  • Excellent collaborative & organization skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong sense of service and reactivity required

  • Fluent in English and French, any additional European language is a plus

  • Experience with SAP is a plus as well as expertise in Luxury Retail Industry

  • Internship agreement is mandatory

  • Starting date between may & July
