MAIN OBJECTIVE

Member of Europe regional team, the European Senior Communication Project manager is responsible for the internal communication of the European region and its markets, in a context of transformation, and in providing ad hoc external content, working closely with the strategic planning manager. This person must master multimedia content creation and editorial strategies, and have proven experience in collaborating successfully with a variety of internal stakeholders and external agencies to achieve deliverables in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define the internal communication plan according to the strategic axes defined with the management of the markets/region

  • Ensure the annual planning of communication actions and guarantee the consistency of messages and events across the region leveraging a well-rhythmed calendar of spokespersons’ contribution
  • Set a clear communication of Cartier Europe’s stakes and the dissemination of a strong culture of sharing
  • Leverage your expertise on corporate communications and branding in various online platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook

Be responsible for the production of internal editorial content and their distribution through different channels (intranet, retail Apps, internal social networks, etc.).

  • Be the sparring partner of the European Exco to define editorial angles on long-term strategy, projects, values, internal initiatives, commitments, etc.
  • Be the driving force behind the development and continued modernization of internal communication within the region.
  • Organize internal events (town halls, CEO Live, internal conferences, management seminars, etc.) using creativity and innovation.

Advise and produce external content in conjunction with Central Creative Communication teams

  • Create specific communication content initiatives to support regional strategies
  • Align local content creation needs and guides on briefing processes
  • Manage overall database of assets

YOUR PROFILE

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Communication
  • Strong writing skills with multimedia content creation experience; is a good listener, creative, with the ability to turn thoughts into action.
  • Flexibility and independent working style
  • Excellent collaborative, organizational and synthesis skills
  • Fluent in English, French considered an asset
