We are currently searching for a Regulatory Affairs Artwork Manager to join our Regulatory Affairs team to manage end to end artwork creation, review and approval process in collaboration with CMOs, artwork studios and partner organizations.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs, you will execute the development, revision, preparation and internal approval of packaging artworks e.g., carton, container label, printed package insert, for worldwide Covis product registrations. You perform/manage proofreading as requested by RA Lead. You maintain and track packaging artwork lifecycle and documents in appropriate labeling repository. You assess artwork related change controls in Covis QMS. You interpret artwork related regulations and guidance, determining company impact and providing direction as appropriate. You provide support for packaging issues, including Quality Issues and Rationalization of Packs.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• A minimum of a BS in life science or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Artwork Management and working with Regulatory Affairs.
• Previous project management experience.
• Literate in Microsoft Office applications and proofreading software.
• Strong understanding of industry labeling trends related to packaging and labeling content and implementation.
• Independent, reliable, and communicative personality who can deliver high-quality work even under pressure and handle several projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in the English language mandatory, German and any other language is an advantage.
