In view of our continued global growth, we are recruiting a Regulatory Affairs International Specialistbased at our headquarters and biotech production site in Geneva, for a 9-months fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Regional Regulatory Affairs Head / International, your mission is to provide operational support to the international Regulatory Affairs team.

Your Main Responsibilities Are As Follows
  • Support the preparation of administrative file for the submissions of regulatory activities, such as new registrations, renewals and variations for International markets
  • Liaise with Regulatory Affairs CMC, Regulatory Operations & Support groups to collect all the information required for the preparation of regulatory activities
  • Ensure timely execution of regulatory activities as per the plan set up with the line manager
  • Support the Regulatory Affairs team to maintain tracking tools and regulatory databases up to date
  • Provide appropriate support to the Regulatory Affairs team on assigned tasks

To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
  • Degree in the field of Life Sciences
  • First experience (1 year) in Regulatory Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in French and English

You also demonstrate strong communication skills, a good team spirit and intercultural competencies, which allows you to interact efficiently with various stakeholders.
