In this newly created role you will support the Medela Consumer AG quality function through regulatory inputs into strategic new product development projects for the Essentials product portfolio.

This role interfaces with Marketing, Project Management as well as external product registration partners. We are looking for a person who is interested in learning new things and gaining insight into a broad portfolio of consumer goods products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implementation of defined regulatory strategy for new product registrations
  • Maintenance of product lifecycle activities by providing support for existing product re-registrations and submission renewals
  • Provision of consultation support in real time to project teams, addressing queries on claims, labelling, artwork and submission/renewal status
  • Perform product risk analysis in support of new products
  • Support with review of marketing materials against product claims and evaluation of the adequacy of claims substantiation evidence
  • Support testing activities for renewal and maintenance of existing certificates of product conformity utilized in re-registration activities
  • Maintenance of the product registration overview according to ongoing submission and registration updates
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science / engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in FMCG industry
  • Knowledge or background working in registration of cosmetic products will be an advantage
  • Experience of working in quality control, quality or regulated setting
  • Fluent English, written and spoken, understanding of German
  • Outstanding problem solving skills including the ability to devise and implement practical strategies to complex regulatory issues.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage priorities
