Job Description


The financial and banking industry is strongly regulated and requires professionals dedicated to regulatory reporting. Swissquote appears in an international environment with multiple entities and regulatory requirements.

As a member of the Business Intelligence Team, you will coordinate all the changes regarding the bank’s regulations reporting obligations. You will use knowledge of banking and IT to propose efficient reporting solutions and drive improvements and changes in this area.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Ensure that reports are delivered in compliance with all standards and regulations.
  • Provide a strong first-level analysis of the produced reports.
  • Analyze the produced data and validate the generated reports
  • Assist in the daily operational tasks
  • Analyze existing and new Swiss, European and international regulations and redact technical specification
  • Coordinate the work between multiple departments

Qualifications


Skills

  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • A knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Good English written and verbal skills.

Experiences

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the banking industry, with experience in regulatory reporting in a bank or regulatory audit
  • Confidence in handling legislative texts and knowledge of the banking/financial industry and its products and services
  • Ability to understand and decipher new legislation to assess business impacts
