Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience working at, or directly engaging Financial Services regulators such as EBA, FCA, BaFin, or FFIEC.
  • Experience with technology risk and compliance requirements for Financial Services Industry.
  • Experience with cloud computing regulatory and compliance requirements related to security, privacy, sovereignty, extended workforce, and third party management (including data governance technologies).


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with global/regional cloud extended workforce and regulatory compliance frameworks such as: SOC 2/3, ISO 27000 series, GDPR, and extended workforce requirements from regulators such as EBA, FCA, BaFin, FFIEC, etc.
  • Consulting or internal regulatory compliance enabling experience.

The Enterprise Trust team is responsible for promoting trust and transparency with Google Cloud Enterprise customers. Our responsibilities include global support for all compliance, privacy, and trust-related engagements with customers and their regional regulators. This includes addressing customer’s regulatory compliance challenges throughout the customer journey, thereby enabling and accelerating cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strategic regulatory trust engagements with Financial Services (FSIs) customers’ risk and regulatory compliance stakeholders to proactively determine their regulatory notifications requirements for Google Cloud extended workforce.
  • Lead and drive engagements to enable FSIs regulatory submissions in a timely manner to accelerate Google Cloud migration.
  • Collaborate with customers to conduct briefings for Financial Services regulators in EMEA (e.g. EBA, ECB, BaFin, FCA, etc.) and AMER (e.g. FDIC, etc.) on Google Cloud’s security, privacy, trust, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain scalable delivery and execution processes and playbooks for regulatory trust engagements.
  • Review customers’ regulatory notification submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness of security, privacy, trust, and compliance information of Google Cloud products and services. Travel up to 30% of the time.
