Vacancy: Relationship Manager Associate - Commercial Banking (f/m/x)- We are looking for a Relationship Manager Associatefor our client, an International Bankbased inZürich. Your Responsibilities as Relationship Manager Associate - Commercial Banking (f/m/x)

• Support the development of the Commercial Banking business in Switzerland with focus on Small & Medium sizes Enterprises (SME).
• Support the Head of Commercial Banking and Relationship Managers with administrative and coordination of such items as; marketing, selling of existing products (e.g. like Trade Finance and Loan Book) and with the development of the product offering.
• Support the monitoring and development of the Target Client List.
• Ensure the Marketing Brochure and other related document are kept up to date/relevant.
• Participate in client calling activities and product selling to targeted clientele as required.
• Upon receipt of business and other inquiries, support the preparation of relevant documentation required for approvals, raise the applicable memos and ensure timely and subsequent follow-up.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders e.g. FI, Trade Finance, Credit Risk, Legal and Compliance etc.
• Maintenance of all applicable correspondences and files associated with the Commercial Banking business.
• Upload account opening related documents into the core banking system.
• Liaise with Group Operations for updates, new requirements and queries.
• Support in the preparation of Commercial Banking business reports
• Liaison with L&C, Risk, etc. in relation to Commercial Banking related queries.
• Prepare all applicable reports for the Financial Institutional business, and for management as required.
• Undertake any other appropriate tasks in support of the Commercial Banking

Your Qualification and Skills

• University degree or equivalent background
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar function as Relationship Manager Associate, or Relationship Manager Assistant
• Experience in supporting Corporate Relationship Management in Switzerland
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Team player with excellent communication and presenting skills
• Fluency (both written and verbal) in English and German
