Job Description

As a Relationship Manager working for the Private Banking Division in Banca Credinvest, your primary task would be to provide high-quality investment solutions for clients working with team members and experts from other areas, make sure clients are managed complying with the internal risk culture, develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships, and grow market network.

You will become part of a young and dynamic reality where to be successful the key elements are: adopt a holistic approach that takes into account multiple factors and develop a long-term professional standing, together with high degree of ownership for assigned tasks with the objective to provide the best service to clients.

For this role, candidates should have:

  • Higher banking education and/or SAQ certification
  • Proven experience in client advisory services
  • Excellent knowledge of financial products and markets
  • Effectively manage client expectations regarding what can and cannot be executed on their behalf
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of clients‘businesses and sources of wealth generation, anticipating events in a client’s life and business which have significant financial implications
  • Great at building networks and relationships
  • Extremely organized, with the ability to plan skills and efficient time management
  • Maintaining the highest standards of personal and professional integrity
  • Excellent communicator, with outstanding presentation skills
  • Team-working skills, able to deal with colleagues and have personal initiatives to propose
  • Engage with digital technologies
  • Excellent oral and written skills of national languages and English
  • 3-5 years client advisory services experience, ideally with Institutional counterparties in the financial markets
