We are pleased to collaborate with a fast-growing company active on a global scale, in finding a Reporting Manager.

In this context, your main missions are to:

Prepare & communicate Group Reporting instructions, guidance & policies
Supervise 2 collaborators
Drive and coordinate the reporting of the entire group
Be responsible of all weekly/monthly financial reporting (including intercompany), forecast, budget
Prepare & publish weekly & monthly reports
Prepare the Monthly R&O in collaboration with Controlling, Consolidation, Tax & Treasury departments
Manage the preparation/initialization of the SAP-BPC System
Provide support to the subsidiaries for their monthly closing & budget process
Participate actively in the Budget process elaboration
Manage distribution list of worldwide finance communication
Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes, reporting tools
Work together with IT consultants on system maintenance/updates, tests & implementation

Profile:

Graduate of a Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
At least 8-10 years of solid financial & controlling/reporting experience(USGAAP is a plus)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, flexible and availability to travel
Excellent and strong team player, with ability to motivate the team to achieve tasks under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Relational ease, well organised but with a flexible approach and able to respond to changing deadlines and requests.
Excellent analytical and IT skills (MS Excel & Power Point, Knowledge of reporting tools (SAP-BPC ideall))
Fluent in English; spanish and french are a plus
