Your field of responsibility


The Program Resolution Team which is a core function of the CPO provides flexible, temporary and agile execution support on an operational level for the most critical programs to mitigate delivery risk. You analyse root causes of program delivery risks. The role develops solutions to overcome the delivery risks and identifies key stakeholders required for the solution. Part of the role is the preparation and facilitation of resolution sessions, which bring together key stakeholders of the program and aim at resolving programs’ most pressing issues/ delivery risks. An important part is to create transparency for the top management (e.g., ExB and BoD) by providing an independent view and reporting on the critical programs supported.

The Program Resolution Team is part of the newly established Central Program Office (CPO head reporting directly into the CEO of CS Group). The Resolution Team takes an active role in managing select programs .


This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

Your skills and experience


We are looking for:

  • 9+ years of experience in program work in challenging, fast-moving, transformation driven environments (e.g., management consulting)
  • Experience in managing complex operational transformation programs and strategic initiatives is a plus (incl. agile methods)
  • Demonstrated experience working in inter-disciplinary teams and coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives on complex projects
  • Very good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong oversight, planning, and coordination skills
  • Experience within large financial services firms preferred though not required
  • Practical experience in dealing with senior management
  • Expertise in IT operational transformation programs or regulatory topics is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English
