RESPONSABLE ESSAIS ET MISES EN SERVICE

Dans le cadre de son développement de services, ELSIE recherche un(e) responsable des opérations, spécialiste des essais des relais de protections et du contrôle commande numérique dans les postes HTA et HTB. Il (elle) sera l’interlocuteur technique et commercial face à nos clients pour répondre à leur besoin en assistance technique et services clé en main dans les domaines suivants :

- Essais des relais de protection multimarques (paramétrages, FAT, mise en services)

- Essais des CCN (paramétrage, FAT, mises en service, …)

- Formations

Vous piloterez les affaires depuis l’élaboration des offres jusqu’à la remise de tous les livrables avec une vigilance accrue sur les aspects HSE des interventions.

Vous êtes le responsable hiérarchique d’une petite équipe d’experts intervenant à l’international.

Vous êtes responsable du recrutement en collaboration avec la direction.

Vous prospectez les différents acteurs du marché afin d’ouvrir de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et développement

Vous assurerez l’évolution des compétences de votre équipe.

Vous conduirez des audits QHSE sur site en Suisse et à l’international

Vous participerez à la mise en place et au maintien des certifications ISO de la société

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) ayant un goût prononcé pour les activités « chantier », ouvert sur l’international et ayant un esprit d’entreprenariat.

- Vous connaissez le monde de la T&D, avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience ou une expertise reconnu ?

- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de créativité et vous êtes motivé pour travailler dans une structure de petite taille en plein développement ?

- Vous parlez anglais couramment et êtes bon(ne) communiquant(e) à l’oral ?

- Vous êtes à l’aise avec Microsoft Office 365 (inclus Project) ?

Vous serez sous la responsabilité du directeur des opérations, collaborerez avec le responsable construction et maintenance et aurez une équipes de techniciens et ingénieurs à gérer.

Le contrat proposé est un CDI.

Localisation : Basée à Gland, dans le canton de Vaud (Suisse) + télétravail possible une fois le scope assimilé, fréquence à déterminer.

OPERATION MANAGER - COMMISSIONING

To support the development of its services, ELSIE is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager, specialising in testing protection relays and digital control systems in MV and HV switchgear. He (she) will be the primary technical and sales contact for our customers to fulfil their requirements for technical assistance and turnkey services in the following areas:

- Testing of multiple brand protection relays (setup, FAT and commissioning operations)

- Testing of DCS (setup, FAT, commissioning operations, etc.)

- Training courses

You will manage projects from the bid preparation phase to the submission of all deliverables, with rigorous attention to the EHS aspects of the work.

You are the immediate supervisor of a small team of experts operating internationally.

You are responsible for recruitment in collaboration with the management.

You will conduct research into the various market players in order to identify new opportunities for growth and development

You will oversee the development of your team’s skills and expertise.

You will conduct on-site QHSE audits in Switzerland and internationally

You will play a role in establishing and maintaining the company’s ISO certifications

We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in “worksite” activities, with an international mind-set and an entrepreneurial spirit.

- Are you familiar with the T&D world and have at least 5 years of experience or proven expertise?

- Are you independent, creative and eager to work in a small and rapidly expanding organisation?

- Are you fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills? French is a plus !

- Are you proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (including Project)?

You will report to the Comitee Operation Officer and work with the Operation manager - Construction and Maintenance and manage a team of technicians and engineers.

This job offer is for a permanent contract.

Location: Based in Gland, in the Canton of Vaud (Switzerland) + telecommuting possible once the scope has been acquired, interval to be determined.
