Your day-to-day

Join us as our new Restaurant Supervisor:

Your main duties will be to:

  • Take orders and advise guests on the choice of dishes and suggestions of the day.
  • Supervise the restaurant team and take part in the service.
  • Ensure that every guest is satisfied and that the quality of the guest experience is high.
  • Make sure all team members are trained and follow our standards and SOPs.
  • Facilitate the communication with the kitchen.
  • Be in charge of the billing process and ensure it is well recorded into the Micros system.
  • Upsell whenever possible when taking the order.
What we need from you

With a degree in Hospitality Management, you have minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4- or 5-star) and/or a luxury brasserie. You are used to handle an all-day dining restaurant and large amounts of covers for breakfast.

You are fluent in French and English. Mastering another foreign language of one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Simphony/Micros and good computer skills are a plus.

Highly organized and autonomous, you are acknowledged for your guest service orientation, your reactivity and your capacity to anticipate guests’ needs. You like working in a fast-paced environment and are autonomous and flexible. You aim to share your passion and knowledge with your guests and your colleagues and are willing to help when needed.

This position is to be filled as of May 2023 and is opened to Swiss citizens and work permit holders as well as EU passport holders.
