Role/Purpose/Mission

To drive the achievement and maximize La Prairie retail performance objectives through coaching and personal development of La Prairie employees CH/AT/HU.

To be the role-model of the La Prairie luxury house and support the transformation of the retail team and BAs to our guardians of luxury through Luxury Execution including Art of Service, Art of Perfection (Art of Beauty coaching where relevant) sessions.

Main Accountabilities

Developing, motivating and coaching in- store teams

  • To effectively support and elevate Beauty Advisors performance through observation, POS training / coaching / mentoring
  • Partners with Retail Manager & Training Manager& CRM Manager to ensure an ongoing development and assessment the BAs performance (KPI’s), through implementation of coaching workflow
  • Defines and align together with Training Manager and Retail Manager POS coaching plans for all dedicated BAs to improve competencies and skills and ensure the implementation of such
  • Drives and elevate the consistency in standards of Luxury Execution through Art of Service
  • Ensure the implementation of regional Coaching workflows (i.e. tracking of all coaching activities and follow up action plans)

Key Performance Indicators

  • Review KPI’s (both individual and store level) together with the Retail & Training Teams, and ensure the Coaching plan is aligned with the business objectives

Training

  • Partnership with Education Manager to ensure the quality of classroom training delivery to add value to the training
  • Provide retail insights to Education Manager, to support training development though operational retail translation
  • On-boarding induction for new starters (prior to first classroom training)

Eventing

  • In partnership with Retail and Education teams, prepare the BA’s the event team to ensure the quality of luxury execution of the event and achievement of the business objectives

Knowledge, skills and experience

Experience:

  • Previous experience of coaching
  • Previous experience in Retail
  • Previous experience in Beauty Industry (nice to have)
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand
  • 3-5 years experience (coaching / previous management role)

Language:

  • German and English
  • Nice to have French
