PurposeThe Customer Service Business Consultant reports to the Application Support Manager, Client and Market. The position is based in Geneva (Meyrin) starting January 2nd 2023 and ending October 31st 2023 (10 Months).The main missions are to support Customer Service European business teams on SAP ERP (ECC 6), by investigating and solving their bugs or requests, based on the documentation, or by reassigning them to the appropriate teams.Your role will lead you to cover more than 8 Repair centers, 180 internal boutiques for 11 Maisons, spread over 15 countries.You will also be in charge of the coordination and partnership with the business Key-users, IT Teams and the business process integrator (BPI).You will be successful in the role by
  • Providing support (questions, issues or requests) on SAP ERP systems and other in-house tools. Discussing and evaluating the priority and risks. Answering the requests and solving the issues, according to SLA
  • Escalating issues to central SAP Competencies Center and Digital teams, if needed.
  • Ensuring issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
  • Organizing testing sessions (test scope definition, tester’s assignment, follow-up of issues and global follow up of tests) and performing periodical non-regressions tests
  • Developing and maintaining the knowledge and expertise of the business users in the field of Customer Service. Making sure the business organization is set up correctly and working the way it has been defined
  • Participating to meetings to share feedbacks and following-up the technical fixes
  • Creating technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer
Your invaluable skills we are looking for
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • You have a minimum of 2 years work experience as SAP Consultant
  • You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages is a plus)
  • You have SAP expertise on SD/OTC and PM/CS modules.
  • You have knowledge on SAP PTP, LE and FI.
  • You have a capacity to learn and investigate transverse business flows with a strong analytical, problem solving skills and organization skills
